About Us
Timu Tele is Samoan for "rains a lot" and here in Hilo we are blessed with a wealth of rain.
With the resource of over 200 inches of rainfall a year combined with our organic, regenerative practices,
we are growing delicious vegetables and herbs for our local community.
Always field to plate.
Grown with intention and love.

Practices
We are commited to natural farming methods, ensuring that each carrot, tomato, and leaf of lettuce is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Instead, we rely on the wisdom of ecological balance, enriching our soil with compost, cover crops, KNF practices and nurturing our plants with Hawaii's abundance of rain and sunlight.
Our diverse array of seasonal produce is not just food; it’s a promise of health and well-being to our community. We invite you to taste the difference that care, and organic practices make, and to join us in celebrating the harvest that comes from this beautiful island of Hawaii.
