Timu Tele is Samoan for "rains a lot" and here in Hilo we are blessed with a wealth of rain.
With the resource of over 200 inches of rainfall a year combined with our organic, regenerative practices,
we are growing delicious vegetables and herbs for our local community.

Instead, we rely on the wisdom of ecological balance, enriching our soil with compost, cover crops, KNF practices and nurturing our plants with Hawaii's abundance of rain and sunlight.
