We proudly use only macadamia nuts, macadamia oil and macadamia honey from Hawai`i Island, as well as Hawaii-grown coffee and cocoa, in our hand-crafted specialty granola. Our little certified kitchen is in Hilo.
Oats are naturally gluten-free, but if someone has Celiac disease, we can do a special certified gluten-free order if given enough notice. It would have a higher price.
