We're a team of two cacao growers who strive to make exceptional chocolate and other candy. Josh is a science loving computer programmer with a couple decades of experience working with fine chocolate and Leo comes from a long line of farmers passionate about growing food and caring for the land.
We apply science to both agriculture and confectionery to meticulously craft fine luxury chocolate and other candy. All of our products are made with aloha (and a smidge of rage, for color) from fruit grown right here on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawai'i.
