Refund Policy
The customer is responsible for checking products at time of pickup. If it is agreed upon that the item is not satisfactory the item will be removed from the order and the customer will receive store credit for the item. Refunds are issued upon request.
Return requests outside of normal Wednesday pickup hours must be accompanied by photo/video sent to hawaiifarmtocar@hoolafarms.org within 48 hours of pickup. Return requests received after Fridays will be considered on a case by case basis.
Refunds will be issued within 2 business days for eligible orders.
All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely.
A $20 late fee will be charged for any alternative pickup arrangements outside of the 3-6pm Wednesday distribution.
