Refund & Return Policy
Customers are responsible for checking their items at the time of pickup. If an item is found to be unsatisfactory at that time, it will be removed from the order, and the customer will receive store credit. Refunds are issued upon request and must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup through our Return & Refund Request Form.
Requests made outside of our normal Wednesday pickup hours (3:00–6:00 PM) must include a clear photo or video of the issue. Requests submitted after Friday of the same week will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds or store credit will be issued within 2 business days for eligible requests submitted through the form.
Please note:

No refunds will be provided for items forgotten at the pickup site or for missed pickups.

A $20 fee will be charged to accommodate alternate pickup outside of the designated Wednesday, 3:00-6:00 PM pickup window.
