We are a family owned and operated wee business that specializes in house made, fresh and dried vegan pasta! We have a lot of love for this island so our main goal is to provide a locally made staple for this community. We also strive to incorporate as many local ingredients into our pastas, as often as we can!
Since it is not possible for us to source and exclusively utilize locally sourced flour, we want to make sure that we show our support for this community as much as we can. As a result, here at Kai, we love collaborating with local businesses!
