Mountain Sol farm is a small agroforestry and nursery operation growing small quantities of a diverse range of fruits, vegetables, spices and unusual nursery plants.

Pests are managed using organic practices. Soil health and fertility is built using regenerative practices such as mulching, rotational grazing of poultry, and the planting of nitrogen fixing trees, shrubs and ground covers.
