About Us
Aloha! I am Monica Pezze, owner and operator of Alchemy Farm Hawaii. I began my bee journey with a few hives on my homestead near Kilauea Volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii, tucked away in the lush native Hawaiian forest of ?ohi?a lehua trees and hapu'u ferns. Today, my bees have grown to provide pollination for various organic micro farms on the east side of Hawaii Island.
Alchemy Farm Hawaii is dedicated to producing raw, artisanal honey and natural beeswax products using sustainable and ethical beekeeping practices. My mission is to keep honey pure, support and defend the health of our pollinators and educate the community about the vital role pollinators play in Hawaii’s unique ecosystem.
You can also find me at the Volcano Farmers Market on Sunday mornings from 6-10 at the Cooper Center (on the skatepark side). Feel free to stop by and sample an assortment of raw and infused honey!
