Achiote Seeds

Achiote Seeds picked from a home garden. Achiote is also known as the lipstick plant or also known as Annato seeds. Each order has approximately 100 seeds that I have tested and has germinated in sunshine mix potting soil. I Recommend to plant these seeds and if you are planning on consuming it then make sure to pick out any old seeds and the tiny hairs and twigs that fell into the mix. Usually people will extract the flavor and color by simmering on low heat in some type of oil and using that oil to flavor dishes.
