About Us
Aloha! Chef Justine Ma is the founder of Farm to Table Hawaii and a featured chef on Food Network and America’s Test Kitchen. She grows and bakes with intention—offering seasonal fruit, multicolor chicken and duck eggs, herbs, and small-batch baked goods. Everything is harvested and handmade with care, straight from our farm to your table.
Practices
Farm to Table Hawaii is a one-acre farm rooted in permaculture and Feng Shui principles, creating balance and abundance in every harvest. We grow seasonal fruit like ʻulu, bananas, finger limes, sugarcane, and lemongrass, alongside herbs and healing plants intentionally placed to support soil health and energy flow. Our free-range chickens and ducks roam under fruit trees, producing colorful, nutrient-rich eggs. We avoid fertilizers and sprays—just compost, rainwater, nutrients, and regenerative practices, then Chef Justine transforms these ingredients into small-batch baked goods like homegrown banana bread and handmade sourdough english muffins from scratch.
